Skandia Cowes Week

We own and run the largest official crew enclosure for Cowes Week - the world's largest yachting regatta, run over 8 days on the Isle of Wight.

"Dedicated to competitors and friends, Shepards Wharf Marina is a popular spot among crews, providing a unique environment buzzing with entertainment and activity. Crew breakfasts are served from 08:00 daily, there is a bookable sit-down restaurant and the large Crew Bar is open from 11:00 until 02:00 daily.

Competitors will be able to keep in touch with how they are faring via EventTV, plus online declaration kiosks and sailing-related retail units and services are provided for convenience.

Entertainment comes in the form of live bands and themed nights and the popular Infernos nightclub returns every night from 9pm-2am. 2009 also sees the return if the prestigious VIP Pier Bar.

Shepards Wharf Marina is located just a few minutes walk from the High Street (near the floating bridge) on Medina Road. Look out for directions on the High Street banners."

Henley Regatta

Based around Plymouth's historic Barbican area in Sutton Harbour and neighbouring Queen Anne's Battery, the Race Village will be home to the entire race fleet in the week building up to the start of the Artemis Transat Race.

The race village provides live entertainment, street performers, stalls, education programmes and a range of events that are expected to attract more than 100,000 people.
